Hi. After enough years of this I have stopped taking the first message literally, and I want to explain why so that you do not think I am ignoring you.
What people write and what people want are related but they are not the same thing. Somebody books a massage and what they actually needed was an hour where nobody asked them anything. Somebody books the longest option on the list and spends most of it talking about a decision they have not told anybody else about. Somebody arrives very clear about what they want and changes their mind in the first ten minutes, quietly, without saying so.
None of that is dishonesty. It is that a booking form is a terrible instrument for describing what you are actually short of.
So I read the message, and then I watch. If what you wrote and what you seem to want come apart, I follow the second one unless you tell me otherwise. Nobody has ever objected.
If you do mean exactly what you wrote, say so plainly and I will take it at face value. Some people do and it is refreshing.
