Privacy Policy
What Asia Escort Directory stores about you is short enough to list in full, so this page lists it in full rather than describing it in categories.
This is a working draft. It describes how the site behaves today and has not yet been through a legal review. If you are relying on it for something that matters, write to us first and we will answer in writing.
What we store about visitors
One thing: the messages you send us. If you use the contact form, we keep the topic you picked, your message, the email address if you gave one, and the time it arrived. The email address is optional and the form works without it — leave it out and we simply have no way to reply.
We do not have accounts, so there is nothing to log in to and no profile of you to build. We do not run analytics. There is no Google Analytics tag, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker on any page of this site.
What is kept on your device
Two values, both in your browser's local storage rather than in cookies, and both readable only by this site:
- dd.age-confirmed — that you confirmed you are 18 or over, so the notice does not reappear on every page.
- dd.cookie-choice — which answer you gave the storage notice.
Neither is sent to us. Clearing your browser data for this site removes both, and the notices come back as though you were here for the first time.
What the profiles contain
Everything on a profile — photographs, description, rates, districts, contact preferences — is published by or on behalf of the person that profile belongs to. We do not verify claims made on a profile, and we say so on every one of them. If a profile is about you and you did not agree to it, see removals: those requests take priority over everything else in the queue.
Who else can see it
Nobody is sold anything. The messages you send reach whoever operates this directory, and stop there. The exception is the ordinary one: a lawful order from an authority with jurisdiction over the operator, which we would comply with.
The site is served by a hosting provider, and hosting providers keep standard request logs (address, time, page, browser string). Those are the host's, made by the act of serving a page, and they exist below this application rather than inside it.
How long it is kept
Messages stay until they have been dealt with and for a reasonable period after, so that a follow-up on the same subject still has its history. Ask us to delete one and we will, unless it concerns a report we are still acting on.
Asking us about your data
Write to us through the contact page. Tell us what you want — a copy, a correction, a deletion — and we will do it or explain why we cannot. There is no form and no fee.
