Terms of Use

This is a working draft. It describes how the site behaves today and has not yet been through a legal review. If you are relying on it for something that matters, write to us first and we will answer in writing.

Adults only

You must be 18 or over, and old enough where you are if that is higher, to use this site. The notice on your first visit asks you to confirm it. Answering it dishonestly does not make the answer true.

What this site is

A directory. Each profile is an advertisement published by the person it belongs to, who is responsible for what it says. We are not a party to anything you arrange with them, we take no fee from it, we hold no money, and we cannot book, change, cancel or refund anything. If an advertiser does not turn up, the person to take that up with is the advertiser.

We do not verify claims made on a profile. Photographs, ages, measurements, services and rates are as supplied. Badges on a listing describe our records, not a guarantee about the person.

What you agree not to do

• Use the site if you are under 18.
• Publish, or ask us to publish, a profile of somebody who has not agreed to it, or any image of a minor. Either one is reported, not merely removed.
• Copy the listings wholesale, scrape the site, or republish its photographs.
• Use the contact routes here to threaten, harass or extort anybody.
• Use the site for anything unlawful where you are.

Local law is yours to check

This directory covers four cities in three jurisdictions, and what is lawful differs across them and changes. Nothing here is legal advice or an assurance that any particular arrangement is lawful where you are. Checking that is yours to do.

If you advertise here

You keep ownership of what you publish and grant us only what is needed to display it: to host it, resize it, and show it on this site and in search results pointing back to it. You confirm you have the right to publish every photograph you upload and that everyone shown in one is an adult who agreed to it. You can have your listing taken down at any time by asking.

Removals and complaints

The removals page covers copyright complaints and requests to take down an image or a profile, including where somebody appears without having agreed to it. Everything else reaches us through the contact page.

Availability

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be reachable at any given moment, that a listing will still be here tomorrow, or that anything on it is accurate. Where the law allows a limit on liability, we rely on it; where it does not, it does not apply.

Changes

These terms change when the site does. There is no notification list; the version on this page is the one that applies.
